COOPERATION PROGRAMMES

The implementation of the ADRIONCYCLETOUR initiative can profit from the synergic contribution from various INTERREG cooperation programmes, which are (at least) partially overlapping the Adriatic-Ionian area. These programmes constitute the main framework of cross-border and transnational cooperation supporting the Adriatic-Ionian macroregion development from Puglia to Greece in 2025, aligned with the broader EUSAIR strategy.

Hence, the outcomes of related projects in line with the goals and vision of ADRIONCYCLETOUR can contribute to its overall achievement as different pieces of a whole puzzle.

Below is a list of programmes active in the 2021-2027 period as of 2025. It includes the ADRION transnational programme, of which the present initiative is a flagship project, and various cross-border programmes framed within it. Nonetheless, it is important to recall that other transnational programmes also partially overlap with the geographical scope of our initiative.

For precise details and updates, consult their official websites and the Interreg programme portal at https://interreg.eu/programmes/.
